Maria is going to be visiting the Cosmic Campground in New Mexico! The campground is so cool because it has some of the best skies to see the stars. Maria is super excited to learn about astronomy while she camps during this trip. She can't wait to learn all about the stars while she's there and then bring the telescope home so she can continue learning from her own backyard. She's going to have a blast with this telescope!
Maria is 19 years old and lives in NM
Maria is an incredibly caring young woman who is currently experiencing placement in different foster homes and is having a hard time finding stability. With that being said, she is determined to focus on her goals of independence, reconnecting with her biological family, and also enjoying her adolescence!
