Kelly is placed separately from her siblings, who are also in care. They have sibling visits twice a month, and during the warmer weather, they can have these visits at a park or any other free recreation area. When it's colder or rainy, however, the visits occur in a library or sometimes in the supervising agency office. The children love to be together, but sometimes get bored and wish they could do something more fun, like go to the movies!
