A Chromebook for Elisha to use a special program and learn to read

Elisha wishes he could read. He struggles so much because there has not been stability and consistency in his life. He tries so hard and puts forth excellent effort, but a Chromebook would allow him to practice every day at the same time and stay on track. He can barely read in the 4th grade, even with extra tutoring. This is embarrassing to him and bothers him a lot. He would like to get started with this as soon as possible so he can feel more like a normal kid.
Elisha is 10 years old and lives in NC
Elisha is a great kid who's full of energy and happy most of the time. He does get sad about his family because he loves them and misses them so much. He is learning new skills to help him be successful in day-to-day life and loves getting rewards for good behavior. He tries very hard to learn and make good choices. He loves being outside, playing, and having friends.
