A grim reaper costume for Stevie just like his brother wore for Halloween

For the past year, whenever the subject of Halloween comes up, Stevie remarks that he wants to be the grim reaper because his older brother wore the very same costume last Halloween. He looks up to his brother and wants to be like him in every way! Stevie is going to have some much fun in this costume for the holiday.
Stevie is 11 years old and lives in NJ
Stevie is a great conversationalist and listener. He is super smart and knows many fun facts. He is working hard to improve his behavior but sometimes finds it challenging.
