Julissa moved to Atlanta to leave public housing and the NYC foster care system behind. She gained employment quickly, and has maintained her position for over a year now. After having a roommate her first year in GA, she just moved into her own studio apartment. Due to her need to be near public transportation in Atlanta, her rent is higher than other parts of the city and she has limited discretionary income to get the furniture she needs. Please help Julissa get this trestle sytle dining table that will save space in her apartment but allow her to have people over for meals in her new home

Jahlika is an amazing young woman who resides in a studio apartment in Atlanta GA after moving out of public housing in NYC. She completed her Bachelors degree while working full time in the public health sector, where she has remained after graduating and moving down south. She is such a hard worker and uses her free time to engage in advocacy efforts pushing for change in the foster care system. She hopes to one day become a foster parent for older youth who need so much more support than many receive.
