Rachel has always loved to read, but this past year suddenly has really made it her main pastime. She loves getting lost in the stories. She would love to have a Kindle so that she can read lots of books from the library without ever having to leave her home.
Rachel is 12 years old and lives in OH
Rachel has a strength and confidence that has served her well in her life. She has been able to advocate for herself and her sister so that they could be safe and cared for, and tries hard to also advocate for other kids at school who might be bullied or in need of help. She enjoys music and dancing and hopes to be able to take a dance class someday.
