Jordan currently lives in a placement home with four other children. Most of the household finances go toward providing the necessities. Jordan has been struggling with balancing her emotions, school, foster placement, and just being a teenager. Jordan enjoys having something to look forward to, and having a phone will help her stay connected and make plans. This is Jordan's holiday wish this year!
Jordan is 14 years old and lives in NJ
Jordan is a bright, athletic, hardworking young lady who is currently living in a resource home with her sister, niece, and two nephews. Despite the circumstances, she has been resilient and has been able to maintain her priorities. She participated in advanced classes, and the Student Council, and plans to participate in sports. Jordan is respectful, and kind and is learning how to advocate for herself. Jordan has a lot of support, and always offers a helping hand for her family.
