Karvi is a remarkable young woman who has overcome immense challenges in her life and is now striving to fulfill her dreams. At a very young age Karvi was placed in foster care. Her foster parents mistreated her severely where she escaped a horrific crime and was removed from the home. Following her removal, Karvi was placed in a group home for several years but recently aged out. Karvi suffers with emotional issues and struggles with social anxiety. However, through her resilience and the support of KFS&C's mentorship program, Karvi has made tremendous progress. KFS&C staff, often remind Karvi that she is loved and has purpose.
