Self care can be a variety of tasks as long as the act is out of love for yourself. Michelle is just learning how to love herself and the skin that she’s in. She’s been practicing taking mindfulness baths, as her therapist suggested, because who doesn’t love a nice calming bath. It’s really been helping her relax and slowly learn to properly care for herself as she’s always used all her power to care for others and left herself for last.
