Taffari's mom was finally able to leave a very abusive situation, and she is able to keep her kids with her as long as she can secure housing and safety for them. She had been in foster care herself, and her goal is to keep her kids with her and not have them experience going into care if she can prevent it. In their new home, there are no beds and Taffari really needs a mattress so that he can be more comfortable rather than sleeping on the floor. This will help make it feel much more safe and start to feel like home.
Taffari is 7 years old and lives in OH
Taffari is a very gentle boy who loves his family. He is very close to his siblings and mom and always tries to help in any way he can. He likes playing with cars and trucks and also really enjoys coloring or other quiet art activities.
