Winter jacket for Frank who has grown so much this year

Frank is now taller than Grandpa! Thus, he no longer fits in his last year's coat or a hand-me-down from Grandpa. He needs a jacket that will keep him warm and dry on his way to and from school, snowboarding with his friends, and building snow forts with his little brothers. Being the oldest, he never asks for anything and looks out for his younger siblings before he accepts anything he wants or needs. He needs a new coat.
Frank is 15 years old and lives in MI
Frank is a unique and respectful young man. He works hard at school, playing football and baseball and helping around the house. He is a big brother to three younger siblings who look up to him when they need something physical and comforting. In the past year, Frank has lost two family members who he was very close to. He has been the rock for his siblings and his grandfather, who fosters them. He goes out of his way for his family and friends. He will be a big freshman this year!
