Jasmine is in the process of getting her two kids back from custody. So much of her hard work has gone towards securing transportation, housing, and getting a job to manage bills. Jasmine has worked so hard to get her boys back, and she has overcome so much to do it. She continues to work hard on making sure her house is set up so that when they do come home, they have what they need. Clothes are the last thing she feels she needs. She is not in a place where she gets the privilege of doing hand-me-downs for her boys and has to start almost completely over. This would help her get jackets for her boys, especially as the colder season gets her.
Jasmine is 24 years old and lives in NM
Jasmine has aged out of foster care and is now diligently working to reunite with her children. She is a young mother of two boys who are currently in CYFD custody. Despite facing several mental health challenges that make it difficult for her to maintain a job, she is determined to create a stable living environment for her boys. Jasmine is putting in her best efforts to bring them home.
