Tiara is a spunky girl with a vibrant personality. She loves to dance whenever she hears music and is a sweet big sister to her little brother. With a passion for coloring and playing outside, she enjoys attending school to spend time with her friends and teachers. Although Tiara faced delays in many of her developmental milestones due to neglect while her parents were unable to care for her, she has moved to foster care, where she is actively working to catch up on her skills.

Tiara recently had to leave the care of her mom and move in with her grandma. Her grandma is struggling to make ends meet but is committed to keeping Tiara and her siblings in her loving home. She really needs some clothes with the weather getting colder, and this will be a huge help in keeping her warm and comfy!
