A Ninja Turtle Halloween costume for Trae to go trick or treating

Trae's father asked his worker last minute for help with Halloween costumes for the boys. They thought they would be able to do it on their own but fell short. The Division has a bunch of donated costumes but they are just not right for Trae. Trae loves Ninja Turtles and would be so happy to wear a ninja turtle costume trick or treating!
Trae is 7 years old and lives in NJ
Trae is an active, adorable guy. He is non-verbal but he loves to play ball and he really loves going to the beach and playing in the sand and going fishing.
