A cutting attachment for Dalton to use as he practices welding

Dalton is taking a cutting class in welding to learn how to cut metal and wishes for a cutting attachment to help him practice at home. This will help him learn the trade he is studying and help him pass his class. He is excited that he met with his college advisor and has his Spring and Summer classes scheduled.
Dalton is 19 years old and lives in NC
Dalton is a shy young man that enjoys fishing, hiking, and being outside. He likes to run, play ball, and hang out with friends. He always has plenty of energy and is ready to go! Sometimes school is hard for him, but he is putting forth a good effort to do his best and learn. Dalton comes from a sibling group of 11 that has been spread out by the foster care system. He is currently enrolled in the college welding program.
