Elias has been asking for a bike. He has been asking his foster mother to teach him how to ride a bike. Elias wants to be able to go on family bike rides this spring/summer and also ride his bike with his neighborhood friends.
Elias is 6 years old and lives in WV
Elias is a well-mannered child. Elias is in kindergarten. Elias has been with the same foster care family since he was born. Elias has been asking for a bike. Elias loves being outdoors. Elias very outgoing. Elias is down to earth and a really good friend to his peers. Elias is also very helpful at home with his new foster brother who has special needs.
