Bike lights for Tony so he can safely ride his bike at night

Tony recently completed a 2-week afterschool bike program in which he received a mountain bike at the end. He has been spending almost every day excitedly riding the bosque and showing off his bike. As the days are shorter, he is in need of bright lights to keep him safe while riding and to be able to look out for oncoming pedestrians.
Anthony is 18 years old and lives in NM
Anthony is a very bright young man that moved to the US less than a year ago. He is very skilled with computers and has found engineering to be what he will work on as a career. Anthony is a survivor of human trafficking and is working through is trauma. He is working diligently to learn English and learning a new language as a late teen is a challenge within itself, let alone assimilating to a new country. Anthony recently moved into a foster home after jumping between homeless shelters and is hoping to find stability. Thankfully, this new home is a Spanish speaking household with a foster mom who also immigrated to the US at a young age and is happy to provide the support and individual attention Anthony needs to become an interdependent young person.
