Lilla is in need of a winter coat for this season. Her foster mother would like to get her one that has matching snow pants to keep her warm outside when she watches her older sister. This wish will allow Lilla to get a great coat to keep her warm this winter.

Lilla is a happy baby. She loves it when she gets to see her older sister and reacts with a happy smile. She was born with some complications for which she receives services so that she gets caught up with her milestones.
