Carter always wanted a video game, and his mom didn’t want him to be stuck in front of the TV, but this new video game is epic. Carter would like to have an Oculus. He will be able to play games as well as stay active. This will be a great way to have fun while getting some movement in.
Carter is 12 years old and lives in LA
Carter is a sweet boy who came into foster care at the age of 1. He is very lovable and affectionate. He loves to laugh and make others laugh as well. He likes to watch sports on tv, especially football. His favorite team is the Cleveland Browns. Carter leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets.
