Neal recently was removed from his mom's care and placed with a family friend. Although his siblings have been in care in the past, this is his first time and it has been a hard adjustment for him. He is a sweet boy, and although he has some developmental delays, he tries hard to keep up with his big siblings. He really needs some winter clothes and shoes since the weather is getting colder and he went to his new home without many items. His caregiver is trying hard to keep the four siblings together but needs a little help to make it happen and so that she can bring them a nice holiday season.
