Foster Parent Association of WilkesLibby is a sweet little girl who had a very rough start to life after a traumatizing brain injury. She is doing well and learning how to adjust to her new life. Libby was never cared for properly which has led to other learning adjustments. She is a very precious and loving child who has a lot of things to work on.
Libby wishes for a remote control Disney princess carriage. She will have so much fun with this pretending and using her imagination during play time. She love’s princess and often dreams of being one.
