He has been trying to find ways to get motivated to get active and has been asking for a fitness watch to help him track his calories, steps, and record his workouts. A fitness watch will help keep Hayden accountable for the goals he sets for himself and promote a healthier lifestyle.
Hayden is 15 years old and lives in WV
Hayden is a wonderful young man who has made leaps and bounds in his life despite the trauma he has experienced. He is a positive outlook on life and loves to help others any chance he gets. Hayden enjoys spending time with others in his community and giving back by serving in his local food drive and makes visits to his local nursing home when he has the opportunity.
