Jacob spends a great deal of his time at his residential placement playing basketball and is on a recreational team through his school. Jacob enjoys staying physically active playing sports and uses athletics as a coping mechanism. Jacob is in need of a new pair of basketball sneakers and loves Nike Jordans.
Jacob is 19 years old and lives in NJ
Jacob has been in foster care for most of his life. He is a friendly and personable young man with a wonderful and charming sense of humor. He loves watching and playing sports, particularly basketball. Jacob has overcome a great deal of adversity in his life and successfully earned his high school diploma in June 2024. He is now concerting his efforts on securing and maintaining steady employment. Jacob is optimistic about his future and is excited about his ongoing transition to adulthood. Jacob has two sisters around his age and is strongly bonded with them both.
