Walden Family ServicesIsabella is a fun-loving young lady. Isabella will be aging out of the foster care system in January and will be living independently. Youth loves helping her younger siblings who are also in the foster care system. She goes out of her way to make sure they are happy and visits them regularly. The youth will be graduating with her GED in December 2023 and will transfer to a community college to pursue a career.
Isabella will be aging out of the foster care system in January of 2024. She is requesting help with getting the supplies that she needs for moving. Since money is tight this holiday season, she could really use the help with buying moving supplies.
