Jacob loves to ride his bike to the mall and hang out with his friends. He loves being independent and is in the process of applying to work part-time. Jacob has had some struggles these past couple of months but he has made some significant changes in his behavior. Jacob would love to have a new pair of shoes underneath the Christmas tree.
Jacob is 18 years old and lives in VA
Jacob is an amazing young man who is currently placed in an Independent Living Home. Jacob wants to join the Military once he graduates from high school. He has not allowed his current circumstance to stop his desire to graduate high school and join the Army. Jacob loves to fish and play soccer. He has a part-time job at the local McDonald's. Jacob does not want to be adopted and wants to become independent and live alone.
