Raheem has been foster care since he was a young child due to his biological parents giving him for a adoption due to being unable to manage his needs and supporting his diagnosis. Raheem has made strides while being in foster care. Raheem loves to listen to music, help his foster mother and assist cooking. Raheem loves being around people and making people smile in his own special way.
