Music for Yahnathan to dance his fears away

Yahnathan has been having dance parties through the day to help get him over being over stimulated. He says that you can’t overthink about things when you’re dancing. His therapist has noticed a big difference in how much of the day he’s able to get through without crashing if he takes these small dance party breaks. It would be such a creative way for him to shake his fears out of him and power through his daily struggles.
Yahnathan is 17 years old and lives in FL
Yahnathan is a great kid who lives with ADHD and Autism. This contributed to bullying through his younger years. He has plans to join a sports team and working on trying to be comfortable with himself. He works really hard and hopes to attend Full Sail College.
