Jess's only wish this Christmas is to celebrate her birthday. She's never had a birthday party as a foster youth but has always dreamed of celebrating her birthday with friends. She would love to buy a few items on her wishlist to host her first-ever birthday party and sleepover.
Jess is 21 years old and lives in CA
Jess is an excellent older youth in foster care who is currently preparing to work in the aviation field. She loves the arts and is a passionate peer advocate.
