A Winter Coat for Iago to go for walks

Iago would love to have a winter coat to keep him warm for the predicted cold winter. Iago spends time outside going for walks because he utilizes that as a coping tool when he needs time to clear his mind. Having a coat would really help Iago this winter. Being in the foster care system makes it hard for him to get the essentials that he needs and being that it is winter and it is already getting cold, Iago would appreciate a coat to him warm.
Iago is 18 years old and lives in NJ
Iago is a very outgoing and optimistic youth. He loves to be social and interact with peers of his age. Iago has a goal of working in technology when he graduates high school and attends college. He is very into video games and finds it to be a way to increase his technology skills while being social. He also finds it as a coping tool because it helps him express himself and gives him and outlet when feeling overwhelmed.
