A new bike for Jamiell to fit his growing size

Jamiell received a bike when he first came into care from his foster family, and it was left at a home visit with mom. Unfortunately, mom has refused to return the bike to Jamiell, leaving him without one to use with his foster family. Additionally, he has grown, and that bike is a bit small for him. This would be the upgraded bike that Jamiell could use to feel more confident in himself, and do things out and about with the foster family again.
Jamiell is 13 years old and lives in ND
Jamiell is the oldest boy of 8 siblings. He often found himself in a parenting and caregiver role. Since coming into care, he is the only sibling placed not with another sibling in the foster home. However, he has taken this opportunity to learn more about himself and focus on being a kid for the first time.
