He is asking for a bike so that he can have a form of transportation without relying on his resource mom for rides. He will also be able to freely meet up with his friends.

Ramon is an inquisitive child who loves to explore his environment. He likes basketball, video games, music, being outside, and riding bikes. Ramon is currently receiving support from DCFS.
