Jasmine loves Disney and loves to collect the 100th Anniversary Disney items. This planner would be a perfect addition to her collection. Jasmine needs help with organizing her schedule to keep her on track and to make sure she gets to work and to her doctor's appointments on time. Jasmine has a busy schedule and works hard. Granting this wish will allow Jasmine to keep herself organized and put a smile on her face while looking at her favorite Disney Characters.

Jasmine is turning into an amazing young woman. Jasmine has been in foster care since she was a young child, and despite her challenges with having an intellectual disability, she is determined to thrive. Jasmine has graduated from high school and has been able to maintain full-time employment since she graduated. Jasmine enjoys spending time with her foster family and foster siblings. Jasmine is a big kid at heart and still enjoys watching Sponge Bob and other funny cartoons. Jasmine has a smile that will light up a room. Jasmine has hope she will find her forever family one day.
