Joy would love a new pair of boots for this winter. She can't wait to pick out a pair that will be cute and keep her feet toasty warm. These new boots will help boost her confidence and make her so happy!
Joy is 17 years old and lives in NC
Joy has been in foster care for a while, and she has had to move a few times. Joy and her siblings have been able to achieve permanency and she is in a pre-adoptive home.
