Kelsey's phone recently fell and broke. It now has a cracked screen, and she is unable to make or receive calls. She relies on her phone for checking emails, making appointments, and staying connected. Granting this wish would put a big smile on her face.
Kelsey is 14 years old and lives in OH
Kelsey is an amazing girl who is currently living in a foster home with a family friend. Foster care has been tough on her, but she has remained a very happy and hopeful. Spending time with her siblings is one of her favorite things to do. Kelsey is hoping to returned to her mother's home. She is kind and sweet to others and always has a smile on her face. At a very young age, she has become a mom herself. Kelsey is very nervous however, feels that she can be a good mother and remain in school.
