Harlem's mom and sister died in an act of violence a couple of years ago, and since then he and his sisters have had a lot of placement changes. Finally, they just moved in with a great aunt who is taking custody of them and will keep them permanently. Having a stable home will be so good for him, but his aunt has limited resources and is worried about how to make sure the kids have everything they need. It will be great for her to take him shopping before he goes to a new school since he came to her home without many warm hoodies, sweatshirts and socks for the winter. She wants him to have some confidence and positivity before he starts in his new school.
