Edmund suffers from anxiety but he has found a helpful coping mechanism - doodling! There is a book that has a ton of exercises that could help him control his anxiety and deal with his anger in a positive way. He is really excited to try out this book and is hopeful that it will be helpful!
Edmund is 16 years old and lives in OH
Edmund is a sweet boy who lost his father at a young age. He has been in foster care and has experienced homelessness. His mother has to work a lot to pay the bills, so Edmund spends most of his time at home. He enjoys playing sports and works hard to try to keep his grades up.
