Rhiannon just got back to her foster home after spending Christmas in the hospital. She missed decorating her Christmas tree and now she's asking if she can decorate it for Valentine's Day instead. She just wants to keep it up a little longer and spread some love. It will make her so happy to use this Valentine's Day tree skirt and keep the cute tree out for awhile longer.

Rhiannon is a bubbly girl, she likes to sing, dance, and watch TikTok. She enjoys helping with cooking and making homemade things. She likes to eat chicken nuggets. She likes school and her teachers and makes friends easily. She is very sweet and is happy in her new home.
