Raymond thrives when he's exploring nature, hanging out with other people, and cuddling with pets. While living in foster care has been tough for him, Raymond has persevered through multiple crises with a great attitude. He's even expressed interest in learning how to play basketball! Raymond is truly a kind-hearted child whose smile can light up any room.
