Being a parent is no joke! In Anthony's case, he is fostering his three younger brothers as a single parent. Like any other parent, he is in deep need of some alone time and self-care. Anthony could truly use a little time for himself, a little staycation in a local Airbnb. The department will help provide respite for his brothers, and Anthony will get some quiet alone time, put his needs first, and get the much-needed rest he deserves after all the hard work he has put into his brothers.
Anthony is 22 years old and lives in NM
Anthony is the oldest of six children, and has always played the father figure to his siblings since they entered the foster care system at a very young age. He has not had the opportunity to focus on himself and his personal goals. Recently, Anthony enrolled into a GED program and began the journey of becoming a licensed foster parent so that he can be the legal guardian of his siblings. He will always go the extra mile for his family.
