WA DCYF - Aberdeen CountyVictor loves to be outside. He enjoys playing sports and fishing. When the weather does not permit him to go outside he Victor enjoys putting things together. One of his dreams is to be able to go hunting in the future.
Victor absolutely loves fishing! He really wishes he had a pair of waders to wear when he goes out. With a good pair of waders, he could finally wade into the water and stay dry while catching fish. He's always wanted to experience what it's like to fish in the water instead of just off the bank. He really hopes he gets those waders soon!
