A bike for Jihad to ride to school

Jihad recently transferred to another high school and is now in an environment where he is happier. His new school is in his neighborhood; however, his group home is just outside of the bus zone, and he is not eligible to get a ride to the school and must walk. Jihad would like help in getting a bike that he can use to get to and from school every day. It would make him so happy to ride a bike, rather than walk.
Jihad is 20 years old and lives in NJ
Jihad is a great young man that has been through a lot of adversity. Despite the things he has been through, he is a happy and friendly person. Due to circumstances he was experiencing, Jihad had to take a year off from school but is now returning to obtain his high school diploma. He is also looking to begin working soon and is actively searching and applying for jobs.
