Genevieve is passionate about the arts. She expresses herself through her creativity. One of Genevieve's favorite art forms is painting. She's hopefully going to get signed up for art therapy, but in the meantime, having access to paint at home could help bridge that gap for the time being. She will be thrilled to get this set of pastel-colored paints to work through her thoughts and feelings.
Genevieve is 15 years old and lives in CA
Genevieve and her sister were removed from the care of their mother and placed in foster care. Genevieve, who is struggling to navigate the instability of the system, is upset with her mother but also wishes to be reunited with her mother. Sadly, Genevieve is struggling with school and is working hard to navigate the ups and downs that she feels daily. She is struggling educationally and emotionally and does not thrive in traditional therapy, art is the way she prefers to process her emotions.
