Tiara is a spunky girl with a vibrant personality. She loves to dance whenever she hears music and is a sweet big sister to her little brother. With a passion for coloring and playing outside, she enjoys attending school to spend time with her friends and teachers. Although Tiara faced delays in many of her developmental milestones due to neglect while her parents were unable to care for her, she has moved to foster care, where she is actively working to catch up on her skills.

Tiara is such a curious and lively little girl! She really loves being around the big kids while they tackle their homework in the evenings, but she also wants to have some fun activities of her own.
