Josiah is thoroughly enjoying his new placement! The campus he's attending is his huge and he takes long walks from one end to the other to attend his classes. The fresh air and the beautiful scenery are just what he needs to keep his spirits up! He has also started working part-time at McDonald's, which is located a little far from his campus. To make his daily commute more convenient, he requested a bicycle. This particular mountain bike is perfect for him as he is a tall guy. He's looking forward to taking in the sights on his way to work!
Josiah is 18 years old and lives in VA
Josiah is an incredible young man who was put into foster care along with his younger siblings. Due to his age, Josiah was placed in a group home. Even though he misses his siblings, Josiah has not let being in foster care deter him from pursuing his dream of joining the military to become a pilot and learn to fly planes for the Air Force. In addition to his passion for aviation, Josiah also has a talent for drawing and painting and has achieved success in various art contests.

"Hello, my name is Josias (pronounced Josiah). I'm a Technical Sergeant and have been in the U.S. Air Force for about 10 years now. I'm currently working towards getting my degree to hopefully become a pilot. I definitely wish I had done more school these past few years. I used to work at a Taco Bell before enlisting and I also have to use specialty gear like bikes because I am 6'2" tall. I find it interesting that the very first wish I ever saw was yours. Have fun with the bike and good luck!"
