Shontae is an amazing young lady who is living in an Independent Living Apartment. Shontae aged out of foster care but, continued with the Foster Futures Program where she thrived. Shontae graduated high school and is currently working part time and attending community college. Shontae has not allowed her trauma and abuse stop her from seeing good in people. Shontae is studying to be a teacher and strives to be a role model for others.

Shontae has reached another milestone in her life. She has moved into her own apartment, which she saved her money to get. Shontae worked very hard and saved everything she could so she could save enough for an apartment. She works full-time and is also attending college part-time. Shontae wants to be a nurse. A small TV would really be nice for Shontae's new apartment.
