A meal at Red Robin for Jay to celebrate his birthday with his sister

Jay and his sister live in different homes, but they're really close and love to hang out. They make it a point to meet every Thursday after school. Jay's turning 13 soon and he's really excited about celebrating his birthday at Red Robin with his sister! This wish was broken into two parts, this is wish 2 of 2.
Jay is 13 years old and lives in NJ
Jelani, or Jay, is currently living in a foster home and is not able to live with his biological siblings. Jelani has been working very hard with his service providers to be able to manage his emotions. Jelani regularly contacts his biological family and thinks about them. Jelani loves to read and aspires to become a journalist when he grows up. Jelani has many friends in school, is a member of the choir, and takes on leadership roles whenever possible.
