William’s foster family loves being outdoors. Since this little guy has special needs he also has to have his skin protected at times. A fun hat like this would do the trick! His foster brother has a similar one and he loves it! So to have his very own would be special!
William is 2 years old and lives in PA
William is a super sweet guy that has been in foster care since he was born. He has some special needs and receives loads of services! His foster family has been doing amazing to meet his unique needs. He is learning to walk but does suffer from a visual impairment that makes this a challenge. Doctors also believe he has a seizure disorder and will require more in-depth treatment in the months to come.
