A cool pair of Nikes for Kingstn's birthday

Kingstn will be turning ten soon, and for his birthday, he would like a new pair of Nikes. Kingstn loves to dress nice and feel good. He enjoys having the newest and coolest Nikes to show all his friends at school. He has several pairs of Nikes, and at every home visit, he gets them out and shows his foster care specialist "all his cool shoes." Kingston explained that this is the first foster home where he is able to get nice new things, and he loves all the Nikes he has gotten so far. His foster care specialist would love to be able to continue to help Kingstn feel good about himself by getting him a new pair of shoes for his birthday!
Kingstn is 10 years old and lives in NE
Kingstn is a funny young man. He enjoys going to McDonald's and Chick-Fil-A. He loves spending time with his little siblings and going to the park. Kingstn can struggle with regulating his emotions due to the trauma he experienced before coming into care as well, as from being moved home to home for three years. He has been working with his therapist to identify coping skills and has started to enjoy drawing and journaling.
