A splash pad for Finn to learn to love water

Finn is very apprehensive about water and hates getting it into his eyes. Getting a splash pad that he can play in would be helpful in getting used to playing in the water and getting wet. He will have so much fun and feel at ease by the end of the first week!
Finn is 2 years old and lives in WA
Finn is a mellow and curious. His foster mom shares that his personality is really starting to show. He is working on fine motor skills, core strength, and climbing over objects. Finn is learning how to crawl on his hands and knees. He loves to eat bananas and drink lots of milk.
