A shopping spree for Aaliyah who loves to shop for cool clothes

Aaliyah enjoys shopping for new clothes, but since being in foster care, she has not had the chance to shop for herself. Usually, she can only get the essentials. For her birthday, the only thing Aaliyah asked for was the opportunity to go shopping for herself and buy whatever she wants, not just what she feels she needs. This request has been split into two wishes to allow for a great shopping trip! This is wish 1 of 2.
Aaliyah is 17 years old and lives in NE
Aaliyah has always had a very big personality and loves to make people laugh. She enjoys drinking coffee and taking naps. Aaliyah owns a pet gecko and loves to carry him around the foster home. One of Aaliyah's biggest strengths is how loyal she is to those she cares about. She has been in and out of foster care for almost two years and is hoping to find permanency with her current foster placement.
